This is an important milestone for me in my creative coding journey. I had been coding Pascal a lot in high school, creating some simple fractals and animations. But since getting a developer job after graduating university, I had done practically no creative coding. That all changed when I learned about the powers of the browser and HTML5. I created a CodePen account and the first thing I created was this animation. I was curious to see how to use JavaScript and HTML canvas. Since I was a beginner I sort of drew all the circles without lifting the pen, hence the name, resulting in all these lines between the circles. After figuring out how to properly draw by lifting the pen, I thought that the result was not as exciting any more so I reverted my fix. This was in March 15th 2015.
