Inspired by the early artworks of Herbert W. Franke, one of the earliest generative art precursors working with analog computers and continuous light beams on the screen of an oscilloscope, and in order to pay tribute to the lengthy (95 by 365 days) and passionate life of a visionary and prolific pioneer, who paved the way, and who never stopped creating, writing, experimenting across many disciplines of computer science and art, this work traces a drawing of a tree through a single, continuous line.
